Denis Vostricov - CEO
Associate Professor, PhD
Ph.D. in Economics since 2010. For more than 20 years, he lectures university courses at the bachelor's and master's degree levels in the fields of Taxation Management, Finance, Public Finance, Internal Financial Control and others, being the author or co-author of the respective syllabi taught in English.
His areas of activity and research cover a broad range of fields: State economic security, Shadow economy, International Finance, FinTech, Efficient public finance and taxation management, Structured finance, Alternative investment vehicles, Payment system, Circular Economy etc.
Mr. Vostricov has an expertise of more than 21 years in the field of finance, acting both in the private sector and in the research area. He realised and directly participated in projects across different sectors (Agriculture, Engineering, Construction, IT, FinTech, etc.)
Beatrice Ivanov - CFO
MSc
Holds dual master's degrees in Strategies and International Management from Côte d'Azur University, France, and Financial and Banking Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova.
Ms. Ivanov has a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, along with experience in using financial software and tools to automate and streamline financial processes.
With a professional background spanning more than 5 years in the domains of finance and economics, Ms. Ivanov has accrued experience through diverse projects encompassing sectors such as Agriculture, Telecommunications, IT, Waste-to-Energy, and others.
Vladimir Econom - CTO
BSc
CTO with over 15+ years of experience in IT Project Management and Frontend Development. A pixel-perfect specialist, passionate about details and the quality of work.
Responsible for the maintenance of the Apela, Btone, Pulse, and Necc projects, including updates in Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc. Possesses the valuable ability to quickly grasp new technologies and apply them effectively when needed.
Achievements include Quickcall, WPBakery, Customer Center Enterprise Project, and the Vennli project.
Irina Ialaia - Partner
MSc
Ms. Irina Ialaia obtained the degree of MSc in Finance and Banking Administration and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance.
Since 2016, Ms. Ialaia works in Banking Prudential Regulation within the Banking Regulation Division at the National Bank of Moldova. Her primary focus involves transposing Basel III regulations in alignment with European banking legislation (CRD IV/CRR).
Ms. Ialaia is an emerging researcher in the fields of international financial legislation, FinTech, and macroeconomics.
With over 8 years of expertise in the financial and economic field, she has undertaken projects in various sectors, including Energy, Engineering, Agriculture, Food Industry, IT, FinTech, etc.
Daria Bucico - Financial Analyst
MSc
MSc in Corporate Finance and Insurance. Ms. Bucico has a background as a Senior Financial Controller at the Ministry of Finance of Moldova, in the area of identifying and preventing frauds in financial and economic activities of the legal entities subjected to financial inspection.
Currently, she is employed at Credit Suisse in Zurich, Switzerland, as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, focusing on Basel compliance reporting and FINMA/SNB regulatory reporting.
For more than 5 years Ms. Bucico practices financial analysis and forecasting, long term strategic planning, market research, market analysis and other areas of financial research.
